Romaynes Ballroom has been part of Harveys Lake for decades. Today it's where families gather for the parties, the milestones, and the quieter days too.
We host wedding receptions, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, reunions, and holiday parties. We also open our doors for memorial luncheons and celebrations of life, and we understand that those days ask for a lighter touch. Whatever brings you here, the room is yours and the food comes from our kitchen.
Catering is handled in-house by the Lakeside Skillet, with menus we'll build around your group and your budget.
Romayne’s Ballroom was named in loving honor of our mother, Romayne Morris Evans (1929-2007), a beautiful woman whose grace, style, and eye for design left a lasting impression on our family and our business.
Always a lady, Romayne had a natural talent for making everything around her feel beautiful and welcoming. Her sense of fashion was unmistakable, and her thoughtful touch can still be seen throughout the building in many of the furnishings and details she personally selected. Romayne believed in family, hospitality, and making people feel at home. Naming the ballroom for her is our way of keeping her spirit a part of every celebration that takes place here. Every wedding, anniversary, birthday, and family gathering adds another chapter to a room that proudly carries her name.
